Music and sound effects can add a lot to your podcasts, but just because you can download a song from the Internet doesn’t mean you have the right to use it. Don’t get sued! Learn the basics of the fair use doctrine, find out how to search (and give credit) for free-to-use music, and get a list of websites that host truly free music and sound recordings for use in your creative work. Free music doesn’t have to mean boring music. Protect yourself and still have awesome tunes in your podcast.
